Shipping Information

We partner with major shipping companies like FedEx Ground ,FedEx Home, etc.  

We will process your order in 1-2 working days, the general parcel logistics and transportation time takes about 2-5 working days. Our working time: Monday to Saturday, and order cut time: 18:00 GMC-05:00.

Estimated Delivery lead-times shown on each product page indicate the estimated date range you can expect the item to arrive at your delivery location.  This time is for reference only and will change according to the actual delivery situation.

Driftedroot provides free U.S shipping for all our products, with certain areas excluded.   What you see is what you pay, as the price includes quick and free shipping.

 

Restrictions / Limitations

We offer FREE shipping exclusively to the lower 48 states of the US (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO military address, DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) destinations or to freight forwarders.  If a PO Box or APO/FPO/DPO address is provided, we will contact you for confirmation, it will delay shipment of the order.



What Should I Do If There is a Serious Delay with My Shipment?

Track your order and shipping & handling information by logging into your account.  If you haven't registered yet, you can still track your order using your order number.  If you need more information on shipping, please email us at support@driftedroot.com and we'll respond within 24 hours.

Please contact both the carrier and our customer service to investigate.  If it is confirmed there is an exception (i.e., package lost) or delay will still last for a considerable time, we are responsible for re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

Please keep in mind that: Furniture sets are shipped in multiple packages, which may not be delivered at the same time, so if you have any questions about package logistics, please email: support@driftedroot.com.
